REFUND POLICY

Thank you for subscribing to The Mental Edge. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access granted upon subscription, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, you will receive instant access to your plan's features, making it impossible to "return" the service.

Monthly Subscription & Auto-Renewal

All subscription plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

  • Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial purchase
  • Renewal charges are processed automatically on the same date each month
  • You will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until your paid period expires
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

Renewed Subscriptions

If your subscription has already renewed and payment has been processed, no refund will be issued for that billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Failed Payments & Chargebacks

If a payment fails or a chargeback is initiated:

  • Your access to all services will be immediately revoked
  • Access to community groups (including Telegram) will be removed
  • Any outstanding balance must be settled before access can be restored
  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion. If you believe you have an exceptional case, please contact us at info@niiankra.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
