Violation of community conduct rules may result in removal from the community and termination of your subscription without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Mental Edge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
The total liability of The Mental Edge for any claims arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Mental Edge, Nii Ankra Ankrah, and any affiliated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
